Our Mission

Over the past 10 years in primary care, we have witnessed the breakdown of the traditional patient-physician relationship.  Patients struggle to get in to see their physicians, appointments feel rushed, people feel unsupported. There are many factors causing this- but the end result is overall dissatisfaction for all parties.

Internal Medicine of Southern Maine was created to address this dissatisfaction. We are here to make a positive change in the field of Internal Medicine because we have listened to patients and responded.  We are so fortunate to have developed great relationships with patients and staff and truly enjoy practicing medicine in this community. Our goal is to remove barriers between patients and physicians and to deliver the top-notch, relational, non-rushed care patients deserve.
