If you are having difficulty making your mortgage payments or at risk of losing your home to foreclosure, YCCAC can help. YCCAC is a HUD-certified Housing Counseling Agency that offers free counseling services to help people avoid foreclosure or to achieve the most positive financial outcome if foreclosure is unavoidable. We will help explain the process, offer guidance with foreclosure mediation or negotiations with your lender, and help develop a plan forward. All counseling sessions are free of charge and completely confidential.

Last year, YCCAC was able to help 138 households save their homes from foreclosure through reinstatement, refinance, or modification.

•   Options to avoid foreclosure
