Health Care

Good overall health is an important focus of our work because it supports the stability of a family, the strength of a neighborhood and the capacity of a community.

YCCAC is dedicated to promoting your health and well-being by offering health care that is available to all. We recognize that medical, dental and behavioral health are all connected, so we provide an integrated team of providers designed to address the needs of the whole person.

Nasson Health Care
Our community health center provides primary medical, dental, and behavioral health care to residents of York County and neighboring communities. Our services include preventive care as well as treatment for acute and chronic conditions. In addition, Nasson offers health education, care management, and referrals to specialists and other services.

Each year, 5,500+ York County residents receive health services from Nasson Health Care.

A nationally-recognized Patient-Centered Medical Home, Nasson offers care that is fully integrated across disciplines. Each patient is served by a team of clinicians who work together to address a person’s complete health and wellness.. Our state-of-the-art facility in downtown Springvale is designed to foster this team-based approach.

For your convenience, we offer same-day or next-day appointments and have lab services on site. Nasson accepts most health insurance plans, can set up payment plans, and will treat patients regardless of insurance or ability to pay. Satellite sites in Biddeford, Alfred, and North Berwick provide access to Nasson services for residents of these communities.

“The care I received at Nasson Health Care was really well coordinated. I feel like my team of providers really listens and knows me.”
